Providing behavioral support services for adults residing in residential facilities with intellectual and developmental disabilities and medically complex needs. Perform functional behavior assessments and additional evaluations as needed. Perform direct observations and monitor implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for procedural integrity and treatment efficacy. Train staff to implement positive behavior supports approach. Data is tracked and analyzed weekly with quarterly and annual reports required.
